We are so happy you are here!

We’re Kelly, Sydney, and Holly—a mother and two daughters who turned a shared passion for helping families into a family-owned business rooted right here in Columbus, IN.

After years of working in schools, clinics, and homes, we realized our shared passion for helping families could become something bigger.

Starting this company together is more than just a business—it’s a family dream built on trust, experience, and a deep love for supporting children and their families.

We’re excited to bring our combined expertise to the families we serve, offering personalized, compassionate care that focuses on helping kids adapt, thrive, and grow.

Whether you’re just starting your journey or looking for a new kind of support, we’re here to walk alongside you.

Philosophy

At Anderson Therapy Group, we believe that every child can thrive when supported by a team that understands their unique needs.

As a family-owned business founded by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), and a dedicated former teacher, we blend the science of behavior, the power of communication, and the heart of education to deliver personalized care. We understand firsthand that true progress doesn't happen in one setting; it happens when families are empowered, informed, and included every step of the way to assist in the generalization of skills.

Our philosophy is rooted in three guiding principles:

  1. Empower Families – We see parents not just as partners, but as the key to long-lasting change. Through hands-on parent training and ongoing collaboration, we equip families with the strategies of ABA to support their child in everyday life.

  2. Integrate Expertise – Our interdisciplinary team approach bridges clinical knowledge and real-world experience. By uniting the fields of speech-language pathology, applied behavior analysis, and education, we provide comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses multiple facets of life.

  3. Lead with Compassion – As a family ourselves, we understand the importance of trust, consistency, and empathy. We meet families where they are, honor their values and culture, and celebrate every success, big or small.
