We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will play a critical role in delivering direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Working under close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), an RBT is responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans designed to improve communication, social interactions, and daily living skills that will promote future independence in all settings. Job Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus)

Currently hold the RBT certification OR complete the training and pass the certification exam

Experience working with children or teens with disabilities is preferred

Ability to maintain professionalism and emotional resilience in a fast-paced environment

Reliable transportation to and from the clinic
-
Commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning

Ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
Physical Expectations:
-
Sit, walk, stand and kneel and transition between them quickly
-
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
-
Move quickly in response to challenging behavior (elopement, etc.)
What you will do:
-
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in a clinic setting
-
Implement programs developed by supervising BCBAs
-
Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Accurately collect data on client behaviors and progress using electronic systems
-
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
-
Communicate professionally with team members and caregivers.
